Certified Nutrition Specialist Supervision

I am an American Nutrition Association® (ANA®) and Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS) approved supervisor for Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS®) candidates. I work with candidates remotely who are completing their 1,000 hours of Supervised Practice Experience (SPE).

Getting professional supervision as a nutritionist is like having a solid roadmap as you begin your career, bridging the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world situations. I provide supervisees with a supportive environment where we can collaboratively review cases, and I can offer clinical insights or a fresh perspective from my years of experience as a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. We will also have opportunities to build your skills in professional development and clinic management, and I can share key learnings from my experience as an employer and small business owner.

All prospective supervisees must first apply.

Appointment fees range from $50 - $250.

Remote Supervision Application $25

Candidates will earn ‘outside’ hours (e.g., through their own clinic, place of employment, etc.) and meet with Britt as their remote CNS Supervisor. Click here to learn more & apply.

This appointment is for licensed healthcare professionals who would like to gain valuable insights and tips on their current case(s).

The 60-minute virtual consultation can include:

Collaborative review of case notes and/or laboratory reports
Input on additional laboratory testing
Helpful insights on protocol design (ie nutrition, lifestyle, supplement)
You may also choose to use the appointment to ask Britt general questions related to clinic management and business strategy.
